How to prepare your cocoa

Preparing a cup of pure cocoa is simple. All you need is cocoa, water or your favorite plant-based drink, and a few minutes to enjoy it.

For one cup:

  • Up to 25 g of Sumay pure cocoa.
  • 150–200 ml of water or a plant-based drink.
  • Cinnamon, vanilla or other spices, if desired.

Preparation

  1. Heat the liquid without letting it boil.
  2. Add the chopped cocoa and stir until completely melted.
  3. Mix with a whisk or frother to achieve a smooth, creamy texture.
  4. Serve and enjoy.

You can adjust the amount of cocoa and liquid according to your preferred intensity and texture.

Pure cocoa can also be used in recipes, desserts, and other preparations.
