A warm, aromatic and nourishing drink made with ceremonial cacao and winter spices. Creamy, comforting and perfect for cold days.
Ingredients (1 large cup)
- 20–25 g Sumay ceremonial cacao (chopped)
- 250 ml plant-based milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tsp agave syrup or panela (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the plant-based milk over medium heat until steaming.
- Add the chopped ceremonial cacao and whisk until fully melted.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Sweeten if desired.
- Blend or froth to achieve a silky latte texture.
- Serve hot and enjoy a soothing winter cacao drink.
