Cacao Fresh – A Refreshing Drink with Ginger and Lemongrass
Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 tablespoons of Sumay cacao (choose your blend)
- 180 ml of hot water (not boiling)
- Natural sweetener to taste (optional)
Preparation:
- Heat the water without bringing it to a boil.
- Dissolve the cacao and mix in the other ingredients.
- Serve hot, or let it cool to enjoy it cold — or pour the hot cacao over a glass with ice.
