In this brownie, it shines in a rich, less-sweet recipe that highlights the plant’s natural energy.
Ingredients
For a 20 x 20 cm pan:

65 g coconut oil
-
70 g sunflower oil
-
130 g Everyday Life Pure Ceremonial Cacao paste (chopped)

200–220 g coconut sugar or panela (adjust to taste)

150 g wheat or spelt flour
-
1 g baking powder
-
4 g salt
-
300 g soy milk
-
6 g vanilla extract
-
5 g ground coffee (optional)

100 g chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 °C.

Melt the ceremonial cacao paste with the coconut and sunflower oils in a bain-marie.

In a bowl, mix the sugar, soy milk, vanilla and coffee.

Stir in the melted cacao mixture.

Sift and fold in the flour, baking powder and salt.

Add the walnuts.

Pour into a lined pan and bake 25–30 minutes. The center should remain moist.
Tips

For a sweeter brownie, increase sugar up to 230 g.

Add cacao nibs or dried fruit for extra texture.

Let cool at least 30 minutes before slicing.
