What is the recommended daily dose?
Every body responds differently. We suggest starting gently:
- 15–30 g per day
- The equivalent of 1–2 level tablespoons
If you're new to cacao, one tablespoon is enough.
Let your body guide the process.
Important:
Water or plant milk should not boil. Heat to no more than 90 °C to preserve cacao’s active compounds.
When is the best time to drink cacao?
Most people choose morning and on an empty stomach, because:
- Absorption is cleaner
- Energy is more stable
- Mental clarity increases
With food, cacao can feel slightly heavier due to its natural cacao butter.
Can I drink it at night?
It depends on your sensitivity.
Cacao does not stimulate like coffee, but it does activate presence, so some people feel more awake.
Others sleep better thanks to its grounding effect.
