Cacao Fresh – A Refreshing Drink with Ginger and Lemongrass

Ingredients:

  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of Sumay cacao (choose your blend)
  • 180 ml of hot water (not boiling)
  • Natural sweetener to taste (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Heat the water without bringing it to a boil.
  2. Dissolve the cacao and mix in the other ingredients.
  3. Serve hot, or let it cool to enjoy it cold — or pour the hot cacao over a glass with ice.
  4. Enjoy the ritual and its energy.
