About the Ceramicist, Isa Boyd:

"Part of my ancestors were potters. I grew up listening to stories from my father about his life in a pottery workshop, but it wasn’t until I moved to Ronda that I felt the curiosity to try ceramics for myself. It was here, at a time when I felt a bit lost, that I was fortunate enough to meet great master ceramists who shared their knowledge with me. I discovered that by connecting with clay, I was connecting with myself. Working with clay requires being in perfect harmony. Only then is it possible to create truly wonderful pieces. I love working with the pottery wheel to create unique shapes, which I decorate with glazes that I make myself. Every piece I make is one-of-a-kind, no two are the same, just like us. I’m grateful to all those who appreciate slow, handcrafted work and choose my pieces for special use."
